Welcome to Mike Winland Studios.
I work hard to create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every session. 
The studio is designed for creativity and fun, but it is also an active photography space.
Studio Environment The studio may include lighting equipment, props, furniture, and floor backdrops such as seamless paper. While everything is set up with care, moving around the space, stepping onto backdrops, or interacting with props carries normal, everyday risks.
Acknowledgement of Risk 
By participating in a session, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily taking part in the session
You understand the studio is an active environment with
 equipment and floor surfaces that may shift or vary
You accept responsibility for moving carefully within the space
You agree to follow any guidance or direction given during the session

Release of Liability 
By booking and participating in a session, you agree to release and hold harmless Mike Winland Studios and Mike Winland from liability for any accidental injuries that may occur during your session, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Health & Limitations
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations, please let me know before or during your session so I can adjust the setup as needed.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must be present during sessions involving minors and is responsible for their supervision at all times.
Agreement
By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read
 and agree to this Studio Agreement & Liability Waiver.
